UN DESTIN INATTENDU

Nadia’s life could be that of any 18-year-old girl. School, friends and her passion, basketball. In fact, it was on this sport that she pinned her hopes for the future, until the bad news arrived: she didn’t get the grant that would have enabled her to continue her studies and get out of the council housing estate in Nouvelle-Aquitaine where her family had taken refuge when they left war-torn Rwanda. It was at this point that she received the most incongruous proposal she had ever heard: to run for Miss France. A new horizon, outside the city, certainly, but Nadia, the sportswoman in a tracksuit with an explosive personality among the beauty queens? By taking her destiny into her own hands, Nadia will change her life and the lives of many others…
